Dr. Rashmi Bhatt

Meet Rashmi Bhatt DDS, BDS

Dr. Bhatt was born in Kenya and later grew up in London, England. After receiving a Bachelor in Dental Surgery from the then London Hospital School of Dentistry she relocated to the United States where she continued her education at VCU School of Dentistry in Richmond, Virginia. Here she received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree with a Magna Cum Laude in 1991.

She has been a recipient of the Constant Klein Memorial Prize in Oral Diagnosis and Planning of Dental Care and the A.D. Williams Award in Prosthetic Dentistry. She was also inducted into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon Society.

Dr. Bhatt has been a resident of Virginia Beach since 1999, practicing dentistry in a variety of dental settings until 2004, when she purchased her thriving practice at 5660 Indian River Road.

Dr. Bhatt brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in dentistry. She is a firm believer in building long term relationships with her patients and treats them like she would her own family. Dr. Bhatt is known for her compassionate and conservative approach in treating her patients. She strives for excellence in delivering care for her patients and attends many continuing education courses to stay on the cutting edge of dentistry.

Dr. Bhatt has two children, both pursuing medical careers. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her grandcat, Bagheera. She also enjoys cooking, yoga, gardening and traveling.
